First of all I know that I've not long time to think. So I would get off the car and give my car to my old friend who saved my life. And also the old lady next my old friend in the car. Then I ask my old friend (who's saved my life) to bring the old lady to the hospital and came back with a bigger car or take aid for us. So I and the perfect man I've been dreaming about (there isn't) would be wait until he comes back or an another car drives beyond.
